Frequently Asked Questions

Download APEX Fitness, create an account, and set up your profile. You'll be asked about your goals, experience level, available equipment, and schedule so APEX can tailor its guidance to you. You can update these details any time from your profile settings.

APEX provides AI-assisted fitness guidance. You can generate complete workout plans or build and customize your own routines based on your goals, equipment, and time. AI-generated plans are informational only and are not medical advice — verify anything that feels unsafe with a qualified professional.

Log meals by photo, by text description, or manually, and APEX will estimate your nutrition and offer AI-assisted meal guidance. Calorie and macronutrient figures are approximate estimates only and should not be relied on as medical or dietary advice.

Progress checks and body-photo analysis are optional and require separate consent before any photo is used. Body-composition outputs are estimates only and are affected by lighting, pose, camera angle, and image quality. They are not a clinical or diagnostic assessment.

The APEX AI coach is available to answer questions about workouts, nutrition, form, and recovery. Its responses are generated by AI and are informational only — they are not medical advice, and the AI is not intended for use in emergencies. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified professional.

You can export your data from within the app. We recommend exporting a copy of your data before deleting your account, since deletion is permanent.

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app. Account deletion is immediate and final, subject to limited legal, tax, and security retention as described in our Privacy Policy. Because deletion cannot be undone, please export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
