Delete Your APEX Fitness Account

APEX Fitness is operated by Apex Tech, SpA.

Deleting your APEX Fitness account permanently deletes your account and the personal data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open APEX Fitness.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open Settings.
4. Go to Your Data.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Review the deletion notice and confirm.

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted immediately. There is no recovery period.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email:

Please:

• Send the request from the email address associated with your APEX Fitness account whenever possible.
• Use the subject line: “Delete My APEX Fitness Account.”
• Include the email address associated with the account.
• Include your display name or username, if applicable.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Never send us your password.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes data associated with your APEX Fitness account, including:

• Account profile and identity information
• Personal profile, goals, preferences, and onboarding information
• Workout logs and exercise history
• Routines and workout plans
• Meal logs, nutrition records, and custom meals
• Daily check-ins, recovery information, and wellness notes
• Body measurements and progress-check records
• Body, meal, and progress photos stored by APEX
• AI conversation history and generated recommendations
• App preferences and other account-linked content
• Authentication and notification information associated with the account

Data that may be retained

Limited payment and subscription transaction records may be retained for up to five years where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legal obligations.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Deleting your APEX Fitness account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You should separately cancel your subscription through the store where it was purchased.

Information retained by Apple, Google, or another independent service provider is governed by that provider's own retention policies.
