Delete Your APEX Fitness Data

APEX Fitness is operated by Apex Tech, SpA.
You may request deletion of specific personal data associated with your APEX Fitness account without deleting the account itself.
Delete data in the app
Where deletion controls are available:
- Open APEX Fitness.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the relevant workout, meal, routine, plan, Progress Check, photo, or other record.
- Select Delete and confirm the deletion.
You can also delete your entire account and all associated data by going to:
Settings → Your Data → Delete Account
Request data deletion without access to the app
To request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active, email:
Please:
- Send the request from the email address associated with your APEX Fitness account whenever possible.
- Use the subject line: “Delete My APEX Fitness Data.”
- Include the email address associated with the account.
- Include your display name or username, if applicable.
- Clearly identify the data you want deleted.
For example, you may request deletion of:
- Workout logs
- Meal and nutrition records
- Routines or workout plans
- Daily check-ins and recovery information
- Progress Checks
- Body measurements
- Body, meal, or progress photos
- AI conversation history
- Other specific account-linked records
We may contact you to verify your identity or clarify the scope of your request. Never send us your password.
What happens after a selective deletion request
The specific data covered by your request will be permanently deleted after your identity and request are verified.
Your APEX Fitness account will remain active unless you separately request account deletion.
Some information may need to remain where:
- It is necessary to maintain your account or provide features you continue to use.
- It is required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legal obligations.
- It is stored by Apple, Google, or another independent provider under that provider's own retention policies.
Payment and subscription transaction records may be retained for up to five years where required by applicable tax and accounting obligations.
